Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for being a valued customer of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase (from our website) please contact our client services department at orangecountyreiki@gmail.com. For your return process you have 30 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date that you received them. Your item must be in the original packaging and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item(s) we will notify you that it has been received and initiate your refund back to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive a credit within 3 business days depending on your card issuers policies. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

 

Disclaimer

Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations promises to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the clients to the service are given positive guidance, however if the client is requesting information relating to:

All spiritual arts services and consultations are intended to offer an insight into a person’s personal life and do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

By engaging in a spiritual arts service with any spiritual arts practitioner, you understand that spiritual experts do not diagnose illnesses, including questions pertaining to pregnancy and death.

Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations will not be liable for the death or personal injury resulting from the negligence on your behalf, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Further, I do not represent that:

• The service will meet your requirements.

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

• Any or all results obtained from using the service will be accurate, complete or current.

Upon the provision of these services, I shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence, lack of common sense, professional help or otherwise.

Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations is not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out our obligations due to factors beyond our control.

If you have a conflict or consideration with any spiritual arts service we provide, please feel free to contact us for resolution in the spirit of love and transparency. If you choose to slander or jeopardize our practice through any modality, be it libelous, defamatory or abusive writings or actions we will pursue civil legal action in your jurisdiction to the fullest extent of the law, and will be subject to private investigation and legal ramifications.You will be responsible and will reimburse for all costs and reasonable attorney’s fees in the event that any legal action prevails against you in pursuing such action. You have freedom of speech, but not freedom from consequences.

You understand that the practitioner acting on behalf of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations is neither a medical professional not a psychotherapist, and that he/she/they are practicing neither medicine, not psychotherapy. Although the practitioner may comment on the nature of body energetics, and consciousness in relation to disease and/or optimal health, it is understood that these comments are not intended as advice for any course of action for any medical or mental health issues that you may have. By booking a service, you understand and agree that Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations do not take the place of medical treatment, or professional evaluations when needed.

 

Phone Readings

We do not conduct phone services.

 

Arbitration/Small Claims etc.

THIS SECTION CONTAINS A MANDATORY PROVISION WHICH DISALLOWS ANY AND ALL CLASS ACTIONS, AND/OR ARBITRATION. In the event a dispute arises between you and Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations you consent to wave the right to a class action lawsuit, or for legal arbitration. You consent and agree that all service provided by Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations are spiritual arts only, and that you alone are responsible for your safety, wealth, health, love life, wellbeing etc. You consent and understand that Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations is not liable to any accusations that may arise from any of our spiritual art services provided by any practitioner on our behalf. You agree to this provision for the safety and protection of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations due to negligence, and poor decisions made by your own freewill and potential actions. 

 

By using any of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations services you consent to resolve any disputes concerning these services exclusively through contact with Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations directly and honestly, this includes disputes about any practitioners operating on behalf of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations. This Agreement waives your right to submit any disputes you may have now or in the future with Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations to the court system, including Small Claims court, and/or arbitration. In other words, you consent and fully release Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations and any of its practitioners from any and all liability and/or slander, related to health (or ill health), wealth (or lack thereof), death (and/or birth), or any other serious, and/or personal life situations which may occur after our session or appointment. You fully acknowledge that life events transpire beyond the control of spiritual arts, and that Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations are absolved indefinitely from any future or past legal lawsuits related to any of the above aforementioned statements. You again recognize that this is a necessary provision to be given by Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations for the protection of their family business from the inauthentic accusations of those who do not make wise decisions, and thus seek others to do everything for them, and/or fix them, and/or the occurrence of natural or imposed life events you may be subjected to. Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations are not here to “fix” anyone, because you acknowledge that you are not broken, we are here to assist you as you learn to love, respect and honor yourself, with love, patience and wisdom.

 

Recording Policy

You may record your session only with written permission from Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations, as well as write any information down during your session. Please understand that you may record your own spiritual arts experience, depending on the service we have the right to refuse recording, as some of our services contain proprietary information. We will also keep a copy of these recorded sessions for our safekeeping as well. What you are given written permission to record may only be used for personal use. This information may not be shared or uploaded onto the internet. Recordings are not guaranteed. Please be advised that all recordings and affiliated copyrights are the property of Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations. Any use other than for what the recording are intended (for personal use) is strictly prohibited. Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations reserves the right to withhold and stop distribution of recordings for any reason.

All information from any session (group, or in person) is to be used only as a personal memory aid by and for the client only. 8. Client Responsibility Agreement, Informed Consent Agreement, Hold Harmless & Release of Liability

Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations provides and facilitates spiritual services only. These spiritual  services are very powerful spiritual healing art forms. Therefore you acknowledge that you have read and signed the Client Responsibility Agreement as well as the Informed Consent Agreement, and the Release of Liability. You also agree that you have fully completed and submitted your client intake form to Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations. Based on this, you release Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations from any legal prosecution for any spiritual arts service provided through Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations and its website indefinitely. 

 

In consideration of the services, information, and support I have received or will hereafter receive from Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations, I hereby hold harmless Brandon/Chelsea Loveladdy and Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations from any or all liability in consequence, or perceived consequence of such services, information and support given, and release and waive all claim for damage howsoever incurred or to be incurred, as a result of such services, information and support. This Release shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns.

 

I have read this Release prior to signing and I understand its effect. I am aware that by signing this Release I am waiving certain legal rights, which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may otherwise have had against Releasees. I also am aware that by consenting to service from this sight, regardless of whether or not I submit the signed forms to Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations, I am hereby legally holding Orange County Reiki & Sound Transformations and its practitioners harmless.
